Love at Me establishes this Privacy Policy to transparently inform users of the website hosted at the following address: https://loveatme.com/ (hereinafter the "Website"), about how their personal data is collected and processed by Love at Me.
The term "User" refers to any individual or legal entity who visits or interacts in any way with the Website.
As such, Love at Me determines all technical, legal, and organizational means and purposes for processing Users' personal data. Love at Me is committed to taking all necessary measures to ensure that personal data processing complies with the Law of July 30, 2018, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter the "Law"), and the European Regulation of April 26, 2016, on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (hereinafter the "Regulation").
Love at Me is free to choose any individual or legal entity to process Users' personal data on its behalf and under its instructions (hereinafter the "Processor"). In such a case, Love at Me commits to selecting a Processor that provides sufficient guarantees regarding technical and organizational security measures for processing personal data, in compliance with the Law and the Regulation.
2. Processing of Personal Data
The use of the Website by Users may result in the communication of personal data. The processing of this data by Love at Me, as the Data Controller, or by service providers acting on behalf of Love at Me, will comply with the Law and the Regulation.
Personal data will be processed by Love at Me for the purposes listed below, through:

3. Purpose of Personal Data Processing
In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation, Users are informed of the purposes of personal data processing, which are as follows:

By visiting and using the Website, the User consents to Love at Me collecting and processing, in accordance with the methods and principles described in this Privacy Policy, the following personal data:

5. Consent

6. Retention Period of Users' Personal Data
In accordance with Article 13 §2 of the Regulation and the Law, the Data Controller retains personal data only for the time reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was processed.
In all cases, this duration does not exceed 2 years.
7. Data Recipients and Disclosure to Third Parties
Personal data may be transmitted to Love at Me’s employees, collaborators, subcontractors, or suppliers who provide adequate data security guarantees and who work with Love at Me in the marketing of products or the provision of services. These parties operate under the direct authority of Love at Me and are specifically responsible for collecting, processing, or subcontracting this data.
In all cases, data recipients and those to whom data is disclosed must comply with the content of this Privacy Policy. Love at Me ensures that they will process this data solely for the intended purposes, in a confidential and secure manner.
If data is disclosed to third parties for direct marketing or prospecting purposes, the User will be informed beforehand to give their consent to the use of their personal data.

9. User Rights
At any time, the User may exercise their rights by sending an email to hello@loveatme.com or by sending a letter by post, including a copy of their identity card, to the following address:

a. Right of Access
In accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation, Love at Me guarantees the User's right to access their personal data. The User has the right to obtain access to their personal data and the following information:
- The purposes of the processing;
- The categories of personal data concerned;
- The recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data has been or will be disclosed, particularly recipients established in third countries or international organizations;
- Where possible, the expected retention period of the personal data or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;
- The existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) of the Regulation, and, at least in such cases, meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and anticipated consequences of such processing for the data subject.
The Data Controller may charge reasonable administrative fees for any additional copies requested by the User.
If the User submits this request electronically (e.g., via email), the information will be provided in a commonly used electronic format, unless the User requests otherwise.
A copy of the data will be provided to the User no later than one month after receipt of the request.
b. Right to Rectification
Love at Me guarantees the User’s right to rectification and deletion of personal data.
In accordance with Article 16 of the Regulation, incorrect, inaccurate, or irrelevant data may be corrected or deleted at any time. The User must first make the necessary changes through their user account unless such changes cannot be made autonomously, in which case the request must be submitted to Love at Me.
In accordance with Article 19 of the Regulation, the Data Controller shall notify each recipient to whom the personal data has been disclosed of any rectification unless such communication proves impossible or requires disproportionate effort. The Data Controller shall provide the data subject with information about these recipients upon request.
c. Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten")
The User has the right to obtain the deletion of their personal data as soon as possible in the cases listed in Article 17 of the Regulation.
When the Data Controller has made personal data public and is required to erase it under the preceding paragraph, the Data Controller, taking into account available technology and implementation costs, shall take reasonable measures, including technical ones, to inform other data controllers processing such personal data that the data subject has requested the deletion of any links to or copies of this personal data.
The two preceding paragraphs do not apply if the processing is necessary:
- For exercising the right to freedom of expression and information;
- To comply with a legal obligation requiring processing under Union or Member State law to which the Data Controller is subject, or for performing a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Data Controller;
- For the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
In accordance with Article 19 of the Regulation, the Data Controller shall notify each recipient to whom the personal data has been disclosed of any deletion unless such communication proves impossible or requires disproportionate effort. The Data Controller shall provide the data subject with information about these recipients upon request.
d. Right to Restriction of Processing
The User has the right to obtain a restriction on the processing of their personal data in the cases listed in Article 19 of the Regulation.
In accordance with Article 19 of the Regulation, the Data Controller shall notify each recipient to whom the personal data has been disclosed of any restriction of processing unless such communication proves impossible or requires disproportionate effort. The Data Controller shall provide the data subject with information about these recipients upon request.
e. Right to Data Portability
In accordance with Article 20 of the Regulation, Users have the right to receive the personal data concerning them from Love at Me in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. Users also have the right to transmit this data to another data controller without Love at Me hindering it, in cases provided by the Regulation.
When exercising the right to data portability, the User has the right to have personal data transmitted directly from one data controller to another, where technically feasible.
The exercise of the right to data portability does not affect the right to erasure. This right does not apply to processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Data Controller.
The right to data portability must not infringe on the rights and freedoms of third parties.
f. Right to Object and Automated Individual Decision-Making
The User has the right to object to the processing of their personal data at any time, based on their specific situation, including any automated data processing carried out by Love at Me.
In accordance with Article 21 of the Regulation, Love at Me will no longer process personal data unless there are legitimate and compelling reasons for the processing that outweigh the User's interests, rights, and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
When personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, the User has the right to object at any time to the processing of their personal data for such marketing purposes, including profiling related to such marketing.
If the User objects to processing for direct marketing purposes, personal data will no longer be processed for those purposes.
g. Right to File a Complaint

A person with parental authority must give explicit consent for a minor under 16 years old to disclose personal information on the Website. Love at Me strongly advises those with parental authority over minors to promote responsible and secure Internet use.
The Data Controller cannot be held responsible for collecting and processing personal data from minors under 16 years old without verifiable parental consent or for incorrect data—such as age—provided by minors. Under no circumstances will personal data be processed if the User specifies they are under 16 years old.
Love at Me is not responsible for the loss, corruption, or theft of personal data, particularly due to viruses or cyberattacks.

This Privacy Policy is exclusively governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of the judicial district where Love at Me’s registered office is located.
