Want to make a return?
- Submit your return request from your customer account.
- Wait for the return authorisation.
- Choose free drop-off in one of our boutiques or postal return at your own cost.
- Return the item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Step 1: request your return authorisation
Log in to your customer account, then go to "Order history and details" to submit your request. You will then receive a notification confirming your return authorisation.

Option B · Return by post
Arrange the shipment yourself with the carrier of your choice (Bpost, UPS...).
Important: return costs are at your expense. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Keep your proof of postage and tracking number until you are refunded.

Conditions to respect
- 14-day window: starting the day after you receive your order. After this period, the return will be refused.
- Item condition: new, unused, unworn and in original condition.
- Labels: the original labels must still be attached to the items.
- Inspection: any incomplete, damaged or worn item will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
- Refund: issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Initial delivery costs: not refunded. Only the amount of the returned and accepted items is refunded.
